One never knows where the ideal job candidate is located in the world. This is why we’ve developed Fléien, a digital platform that allows businesses to publish their job vacancies and allows not only local candidates to apply for jobs, but also candidates from all around the world can apply for jobs without geographical or nationality restraints… all for free!

How does it work? Companies publish job offers which are categorized by continent and country whereby candidates can apply from all around the world with equal conditions for both local and foreign candidates. If a foreign candidate is chosen he/she is responsible for paying all immigration and work permit fees. If a local candidate or a foreign candidate with all the immigration permits completed is chosen, both the company and the candidate are responsible for a fee of $200 USD.

With this mechanism we seek to have a more globalized world where geographical limitations aren’t a barrier when looking for job opportunities.

Base Package

• Publication of unlimited job offers on Fléien
• Arrangement of all relevant work permits

Company Fee: $0

Candidate Fee: Between 50% and 100% of the job’s monthly gross income (fee depends on where the candidate is coming from and the cost of validating their university degree or diploma)

*If a local candidate or a foreign candidate with a work permit is chosen, both parts are obliged to pay a fee of $200 USD (or equivalent in local currency) to Fléien.

Relocation Package

• Publication of unlimited job offers on Fléien
• Arrangement of all relevant work permits
• Validation of university or profesional degree (if needed)
• Verification of job references
• Background check
• Arrangement of three options of furnished housing
• Contact info for bank executives in three different financial entities (if needed)
• Contact info for account executives for three different private or public health insurance agencies (if needed)
• Three options for schools or universities/institutes if need be (if needed)

Company Fee: $1,500 USD (or equivalent in local currency)

Candidate Fee: Between 50% and 100% of the job’s monthly gross income (fee depends on where the candidate is coming from and the cost of validating their university degree or diploma). The candidate is responsible for this fee only if he/she opts for our arrangement of migration processes service.

Headhunting and Shortlists

We offer the service of headhunting in candidate recruitment and selection. From entry level technicians and operators all the way to senior management positions, this service enables the rapid delivery of high-quality candidates. We also offer guarantees, both monetary and otherwise, that we’ll find a candidate that really fills the position.

Along with headhunting, we also have the option of providing shortlists of candidates based on position, experience, industry and other criteria.

With our aliance with the company E-Syste we offer the innovative and highly scalable option of training for businesses. E-Syste is an important Latin American technical training organization known for their high quality service.
